Summary:

A Good rebound First Edition, first printing of Edith Nesbit's sequel to "The Treasure Seekers". Professionally rebound in new boards and retaining most of the original board and spine cloth.

Description:

Hardback, 8vo (approx 8 inches / 20 cm tall), 328 pages with thirty three full page mono illustrations in Very Good condition.

Book Condition - Good:

Very light general wear to the replacement boards and spine but moderate browning / soiling to the retained portions of the original cloth with significant loss to spine cloth as can be seen in our photograph above.

Securely bound with hinges fully intact and text block firm, no previous ownership inscriptions, top edge gilt (moderately rubbed but still bright), moderate browning to the text block edges, occasional light to moderate paper creasing, intermittent mostly light internal finger smudging / soiling (very occasionally moderate), a small amount of surface rubbing to the last text page (a couple letters obscured but no loss of meaning), overall internally Very Good in a mostly very clean and clear condition.
